Fr. Emmanuel Terungwa Asue Tyukwa was born to Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian Asue in the late 1970s. He hails from Tyowanye, a small but renowned town in Buruku LGA, Benue State, Nigeria. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND At an early age, Fr. Emmanuel attended Robert F. Kennedy Nursery and Primary School in Gboko, Benue Statbe. After completing his primary education, he proceeded to St. James Minor Seminary, initially located in Aliade and later relocated to its permanent site in Yandev, Gboko, for his secondary education. His calling to the Catholic priesthood began with his admission to the Makurdi Diocese Spiritual Year Programme (now St. Charles Lwanga Seminary) in 1997. In 1998, he moved to St. Thomas Aquinas Major Seminary, Makurdi, where he completed his priestly training. In 2007, having completed his studies in Philosophy and Theology, Fr.
